Support Majd feed his family and survive in Gaza

My name is Manal, and I am setting up this campaign on behalf of my friend and brother Majd and his family in Gaza. Internet access is extremely limited and unreliable there, which makes it very difficult for Majd to manage something like this on his own. I want to make sure his voice and story are heard, and that support reaches him and his family directly.
Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated.
All funds raised here will go directly toward helping Majd’s family cover rent, food, and the urgent costs of displacement as they are now being asked to evacuate to the south. I will ensure that every contribution reaches him as quickly and safely as possible. The following words are for him: Hello, my name is Majd Salim. I am a university student in my third year of software engineering, living with my family of six in Gaza City.
When the war began, it destroyed everything that gave us stability. Our home in the west of Gaza City was bombed, along with our family’s house. By nothing short of a miracle, we survived. But survival came with loss—we are now displaced, renting a small home at an unaffordable price, while facing famine, exhaustion, and hopelessness all around us.
The war has drained every part of our lives: our strength, our hope, and our financial security. Like many in Gaza, we are living day to day, struggling to find enough food to ease hunger, and fighting to keep a roof over our heads.
Now, we are facing another terrifying reality: we have been asked to evacuate to the south. This means uprooting ourselves yet again, with no resources, no certainty of safety, and no guarantee of shelter. Times are more dire than ever, and without urgent help we do not know how we will survive what lies ahead.
I have created this campaign in the hope of raising funds to cover our most urgent needs:
Rent and temporary shelter, so my family is not left homeless again.
Food and necessities, so that we do not go hungry.
Safe relocation support, as we are being forced to leave everything behind once more.
Any amount you donate is not just money. It is relief, dignity, and survival for me and my family. Your kindness will help us hold on to life with a little less suffering and a little more hope.
