Hi, my name is Ameen, I am a British social worker. I am fundraising for Doaa and her newly born daughter Joud, who is yet to turn one. Doaa is aged only 21 years and is doing her best to survive. Doaa is raising her daughter amidst a famine and siege. I got to know Doaa not long before her daughter’s birth and since then I have kept in touch. I have seen Joud grow up over the last few months in photos. You’ll see, she’s adorable! You have to see the one in which she’s peaking and pretending to be asleep. Doaa really needs our support. She needs it to purchase the most basic of items, such as baby formula. Doaa is so young, and I really don’t know how she is so strong minded.
