Hi, my name is Ben and I am from the United States. I recently got in contact with Duaa’s family, and after hearing their story, the family and I collaborated to help them leave Gaza. Right now, we need about $1400 for a tent and transportation for her family and her uncle’s family. As of now, tents cost about $200, and transportation for one family costs about $500.

Duaa’s older brother Mahmoud was recently shot twice while trying to attain flour at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation sites. Rather than risk his life again, the family relies on fundraising to purchase food for their extended family of 12. In addition to the Israeli blockade on aid and medical supplies, the family is also navigating the death of loved ones, illness, and malnutrition. It is not an exaggeration to say that your donation saves lives. Please, take the time to donate to their campaign and be their first stepping stone towards a thriving life. This family has experienced several lifetimes of grief, yet despite this, they do everything they can to protect their community and loved ones.
