Hi, my name is Megan, and I created this campaign on behalf of my friend Ameera, who is in Gaza. Ameera is 31 years old. She is a psychologist and child activist who loves life, nature and work. She finds happiness in working with children and the elderly, helping bring joy to those in need. Ameera works in the beautiful city of Gaza. At the beginning of the war, Ameera’s family home was destroyed, and she was displaced to the southern Gaza Strip for a year and a half. During this time, her work was suspended due of the constant dangers inside the Gaza Strip, but Ameera did not stop. While in the south of the Gaza Strip, Ameera worked as a psychological specialist, bravely risking her own life in order to continue her work supporting those in need. She also began volunteering, because that’s the kind of person she is- always thinking of others. Ameera risked her life during the war in order to support her family, and now she needs our support. Due to the excessively high cost of living in Gaza, Ameera needs your help to continue supporting her family.
