Hello, my name is Megan and I’m raising funds for Ezz, a 24-year-old from Gaza who has been injured and displaced by the war. His story is one of countless others — lives shattered, dreams erased, and families left to survive under unimaginable conditions.

Before the war, Ezz worked cleaning schools. Life was simple, but full of love, community, and purpose. Then the bombs came. His home in Shuja’iyya was completely destroyed, and he and his family — a group of 8 to 10 people — were forced to flee west Gaza, where they now live displaced and hungry.

Ezz was wounded during the bombing and suffers from a serious leg injury. He can barely walk, yet is forced to travel on foot every day just to try to find food.

“We are in a famine. Traders don’t show mercy. We risk death every day just trying to get something to eat. Gaza has become a jungle — the strong devour the weak.” He needs urgent help to access food and medicine, not just for himself, but for his whole family. Every day is a struggle for survival — under bombardment, in pain, and with no access to the basics.

I’m fundraising to provide Ezz with food, medical support, and whatever essentials his family needs to stay alive.

If you can donate, please do. If you can’t, please share. Solidarity saves lives.

With thanks and hope, Megan
