My name is Federica, I am from Italy and during the past months, I’ve supported some Palestinian families living in unimaginable conditions — people desperately asking for help, for a small donation, for anything that could make a difference.

Among these families is Sabreen — a young woman, five months pregnant, starving and living in an emergency situation in Gaza. She has no access to proper food, no prenatal care, no essential medicines like Heparin, which she urgently needs. The little she had came through a fundraiser run by an American activist who is now overwhelmed by the needs and had to close the campaign.

That’s why I decided to take personal responsibility. I’m opening this fundraiser on Sabreen behalf. Every euro, every dollar, will be used to buy food, medicines, and basic needs for her and her unborn child. This is not about politics. This is about humanity. It’s about listening to our heart and doing what we can — even if it’s small. We may not be able to help everyone, but we can help someone. If you’ve ever wondered “What difference can I make?” — here is your chance. You can be the difference for Sabreen.

Thank you for opening your heart.

Here the message from Sabreen:

Peace be upon you, I am Sabreen Al-Ashi, 27 years old, from Gaza (Nuseirat area), and I am five months pregnant. I suffer from malnutrition because of the famine we are living in inside Gaza. I live in a tent and I need treatment and food for my fetus. Please help me and do not leave me alone. I have no one but God and you.

With the initial funds received, Sabreen was able to buy essential food and medicine for her and her family, including:

Iron supplements, vitamins, and pregnancy-support pills (as the injections were unavailable at the pharmacy) 1.5 kg of flour (which costed $75) Molokhia leaves a kind of greens ($30) Prices are extremely high, and basic goods are scarce. Your support is making a real difference. Thank you for standing with them in this critical time.
