Support for Jamal and His Mother in Egypt

This campaign is being managed by Elle S, on behalf of Ibrahim Abu Raida and his family. All funds will be directly sent to Ibrahim’s wife and son for their daily needs and expenses.
Ibrahim, his wife and their little son Jamal were forced to leave the beatiful home they built together in Gaza, when it was destroyed at the start of the war. For seven excruitiating, months, their family would be displaced multiple times. Exhaustingly from place to place, under constant and viscous bombardment, all while raising their little son in a tent.
Finally, Jamal and his mother were able to evacuate to Cairo, Egypt, with hearts full of hope that Ibrahim would soon join them. Unfortunately, due to the destruction of the border crossings, Ibrahim remains Gaza. He continues his work as the Excutive Director of Al Nassar Charitable and Roots of Gaza- providing crucial and direct aid, such as food and drinking water to displaced families. He continues to work tirelessly for the People of Gaza, and to support his wife and son.
Being apart for over a year, after everything they endured together has been almost unbearable. Made even more difficult by the reality of life in Egypt as refugees. Without the opportunity of employment,combined with a high cost of living, it is a constant struggle to meet their daily needs. Jamal and his Mother, need a mininum of $500 per month, in order to pay for rent, daycare costs, diapers, meals and other daily necessities.
Please, stand by their side as this mother and son navigate through the next chapter of their lives. Every dollar and donations brings hope and support to Jamal and his Mom and provides Ibrahim with a bit of relief, knowing his Wife and Son are supported.
