Hello, as we watch the horrors in Gaza unfold on our screens since 3 years, we feel the heavy weight of a moral injury affecting our daily priviliged lives with our loved ones, in the comfort of our homes.

My name is Rindala, I am a Canadian and a mother of two beautiful daughters and I decided to take action and raise funds to support infants in a refugee camp in Northern Gaza.

Aseel, a mother of two young children who lost her husband and brother recently in a missile strike, is working as an aid agent distributing aid in camps. I was lucky to be connected with her and together we have managed so far to support two babies for 9 weeks. Sham and Ameer received formula, flour, cash, diapers and vegetables until we lost track of them en of July 2025 due to another forced evacuation.

Our efforts continue to support other children and families as long as we can and as long as donations keep coming.

The situation is catastrophic and the whole population is being starved to death.

The cost for basic items is astronomical and a fanily size flour bag costs around 100 CAD today!!! Getting money in Gaza under a blockade also costs A LOT.

Sham and Ameer were supported by us for 9 weeks before they were forced to evacuate again and we lost any track of them. However we can still help others.

Many parents in the same camp keep reaching out and asking us ” and what about my baby?” . We want to be able to help them all and we CANNOT DO IT WITHOUT YOU ALL. As a community of humans who stand united to defend life and the right for babies and children to get the care and childhood they deserve, we CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Please consider donating ONCE or even better, BECOMING A RECURRENT DONOR, by choosing to set your donation to a “BI WEEKLY or MONTHLY” one.

Also, PLEASE SHARE with people you can also support.

ALL THE CHILDREN ARE OURS AND EVERY CHILD MATTERS.

It is with a heavy heart that I post this update to you all. Maher, Aseel’s cousin from her father side who is like a brother to her, was shot in the head today, shortly after he filmed our aid distribution. These news are deeply disturbing and troubling to us and they translate the bitter reality that Gazans live everyday. Aseel has also lost a husband, a brother and two uncles since 2023.

She will take a few days to mourn her immense loss and we will offer her all the support we can.

Hello, these past two weeks have been challenging as I needed to find a new way to transfer money into Gaza. This time I managed to use a crypto currency and a crypto wallet and I’m grateful that the fees this time were much lower than ususal so we got to keep more of the money for purchases.

The price of baby formula has dropped from 100$ to 30$ but families are still relying on aid to survive and they still need us to show up for them as many are killed at trucks sites and international organizations are still blocked from entering Gaza. Air and ground assaults continue as well and people have no access to work and income.

We purchased 7 baby formula containers with your donations and gave them to 7 babies who are exclusively relying on it and have no solid food yet, including Sham. Yes baby Sham was found again but she is in a bad situation. She is weak and has fever and I would like to raise more funds for her.

My aim for our next initiative is to support sham with more milk and supplements but also, depending on the money we have, I would like to distribute boiled eggs on kids. One egg costs 10$ today but these kids need it and miss it!

Hello,

today we supported 6 babies in Northern Gaza, Shadi, Nivine, Ghazal, Baraa and two other girls that came to us last minute pleading for help and I do not have their names yet. We gave each baby a small kit that had one container of baby formula (around 200 CAD), 2 jars of precooked baby food (around 20 CAD) and a few sachets of protein paste (peanut butter +supplements)

The babies have shown signs of irritaility and clear fatigue. Some of them have delayed walking because of a lack in vitamins and nutrients and one child, Ghazal, has special needs and she needs a proper wheel chair that we cannot provide with our limited funds, unless we find a sponsor for her.

We are not stopping – we are pushing through and working with whatever we can find in the market keeping in mind that the prices are insanely high.

Humanitarian aid has not made it to Gaza yet, a few trucks were allowed in, very few and they couldnt last for a day before starved people looted them. Aid by parachutes is falling on tents and houses and is delivered near the IOF so collecting it is very dangerous. The US aid center is a death trap and Gazan children are still relying on us.

Thank you for your support. Please keep talking about this campaign and sharing the link in your social circles. We cannot do it without you.
