Support Dina and her Family in Palestine
United States
My name is Dina Naseer, and I am 19 years old. I was born and raised in the Gaza Strip, under conditions of war and ongoing displacement. We now live in the Gaza Strip near the port in a small tent after losing our home to bombing. This tent does not provide us with safety or comfort, but it is our only refuge in these difficult circumstances.
My family consists of my mother and my six siblings, and I am the eldest. My parents have been separated for years, and he is absent from our lives and does not support us. My mother works hard despite her illness and difficult situation. She is the one who supports us and tries to meet our needs despite her limited resources. My mother’s health is strained due to the psychological pressure and extreme fatigue she is experiencing. She sometimes suffers from pain due to the difficult circumstances we are going through.
The hardest thing for me is that I can’t provide for my brothers needs. They are children, and their dreams are simple: fruits, meat, new clothes. But i cant even save them a loaf of bread. My brother Fathi is just a child, but he didn’t live his childhood. His simple dream is to go to kindergarten, dress clean, and eat well. Even this has become a distant dream. Despite everything, I’m still dreaming. I was an excellent student with a 95% average. I love education. I hope to finish high school and go to university. But the war stole this dream, as it stole my comfort. I dream of living in a safe house, away from bombardment and fear. I dream of having money to buy food for my brothers, to make my mother happy, to study – to become a human being who can help others. أنا لست مجرد ضحية. أنا محاربة. لكن حتى المحاربين يحتاجون إلى دعم.
If you read my story and were moved, please share. Please help me bring some light into this darkness we live in. This is not just my story, rather the story of thousands of women and children in Gaza. And today, I am their voice.
Your donation—no matter how small—can help provide food, shelter, and medical care for my family struggling to survive. Please stand with us. ️
Israel has announced its plans to evacuate northern Gaza, leaving millions of people displaced again. Unfortunately, Dina and her family will be among those people. If they are forced to leave, they will need a new tent to make the journey, on top of ongoing support for food and essential items. This means, they will need $400 a weeks to cover costs.
if you find it in your heart and are able to, please donate and share this family’s campaign. I love Dina so much, and her siblings too. They deserve so much more than this.
Thank you for your support. They would not be here without you. ❤️
Hi everyone! Dina has let me know that she was able to purchase pasta, sauce, and salt for her and her siblings to eat. She and I are both very grateful to everyone who has contributed to her Campiagn. Her siblings are especially excited as they love pasta very much ❤️
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please keep sharing Dina’s fundraiser and donating if you can.
The bombings are getting bad where Dina and her family reside, they are thinking about moving again to try to find a safer area. Dina has let me know that there is almost no food where they are. These issues combined are forcing them into displacement again. Even though the situation seems dire I urge everyone to keep donating. There is always a possibility of more food being brought in. I will keep everyone updated on the family’s decision to relocate. Thank you.
