Support for Ibrahima Bah and his Family!

We are urgently raising funds on behalf of Ibrahima Bah to support him and his family! Ibrahima has been unjustly criminalised and imprisoned under the racist British border regime.

Ibrahima Bah is currently in prison after being criminalised, scapegoated and persecuted by the British state and media for travelling to the UK as a teenager to seek asylum. Tragically, the dinghy that Ibrahima had been coerced into steering broke apart in the Channel, and at least four people drowned, despite Ibrahima’s attempts to save those on board.
In February 2024, he was found guilty by an all-white jury and sentenced to 9 year and 6 months imprisonment for charges of facilitating illegal entry and manslaughter. This is a grave injustice, putting responsibility for deaths caused by violent border policies on the shoulders of an individual seeking safety in Britain.
It is imperative we support Ibrahima in his struggle for freedom, and his family who have already gone through so much. Please donate what you can and share this fundraiser widely!
