My name is Amjad, and I am from Gaza.

Since October 7th, our lives have turned upside down. The war has destroyed everything. We were forced to evacuate our homes under threats, and we fled with nothing but our lives, leaving behind our house, our memories, and the life we had worked so hard to build.

We became homeless. We now live in worn-out tents, moving from one tent to another — with no safety, no food, and no future.

Every day, bombs fall around us. Every day, someone dies. Every day, we say goodbye to a loved one or a friend. And every day, children die from hunger — because they have nothing to eat.

Yes… children in Gaza are dying from hunger. Not from bombs, not from disease — but simply because they don’t have bread to eat. Imagine watching your child grow weaker, crying from hunger, and you have nothing to give. Imagine holding your child in your arms, helpless, as they slowly fade away.

This war has destroyed everything:

Our home is gone.

Our source of income is gone.

Our lives have stopped.

The future looks dark.

We are now living in real famine. Prices are insanely high. Aid is not enough. People are dying every single day — in silence.

We are human beings… but we are being treated as if we are nothing.

Today, I am writing this with a broken heart. I’m asking you — everyone who reads this — please help us. Your donation can save lives. It can feed a hungry child. It can give us shelter. It can help us rebuild even a small part of what we lost.

Your support is our only hope. Please don’t ignore our cries. Help us… just to survive.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to anyone who feels our pain and chooses to stand with us.

I am an international student, currently studying in Australia. Amjad texted me and asked me for help. We are both good friends, and so far I and my friends have raised and donated 130 USD to Amjad’s Family.

I started this campaign in the hope of raising funds to help my dear friend Amjad, a 17-year-old boy in Gaza, and his family.

Amjad was one of the top students at his school in Khan Younis. His story was even featured in The New York Times and La Presse (France).

Amjad and his family have been displaced multiple times over the past year due to the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

In their most recent evacuation, they were forced to leave behind their tent and most of their belongings. Since then, they have been sleeping in the cold, without shelter, food, or basic necessities. A kind neighbor has let them use a washroom, but they have not eaten in several days. Amjad is now extremely sick due to malnutrition.

This campaign aims to help Amjad and his family survive. They urgently need a tent, blankets, food, clean water, and medical treatment. All donations will go directly to Amjad and his family in Gaza. The funds will help them cover their most urgent needs: 1/ To buy a tent so they have shelter and protection from the cold at nights 2/ To purchase blankets and warm clothing for the entire family 3/ To buy food and clean drinking water, as they haven’t eaten in days 4/ To pay for medical care for Amjad, who is now very ill from malnutrition 5/ To meet basic needs, including hygiene supplies and medicine

As many know, humanitarian aid is nearly inaccessible in Gaza, and prices for basic items are unbearably high and rising daily.

My friends and I have sent Amjad some money personally, but it was only enough to feed them for a few days. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your help. Even a few dollars can make a difference — it can help keep them warm, buy them food, or pay for essential care.

Please consider supporting this campaign or sharing it with others. Your help can bring hope to Amjad and his family during this devastating time.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. -Anne-
