Help Duaa and baby Mira to survive the genocide

Hi, I am Liz, a content creator on TikTok and Instagram (username: @elisabeth_0515), and I am raising funds for my friend Duaa, a young mother from Palestine, and her child Mira.

Duaa was a student of communications and advertisements in Gaza University. She is an excellent student and is happily married. Before October 7, 2023, the family lived a peaceful life while preparing for the arrival of their first child. However, when Duaa was heaily pregnant, the settlers escalated their violence towards Gaza. She was displaced, and her daughter Mira was born during displcaement. Their house was destroyed and her brother was heavily injured during the airstrike. At this moment, they have been displaced for at least 14 times and still stuck in Khan Younis due to their home being too close to the settlers’ borders. These all happened in these 19 months (and ongoing).

Currently, Duaa lives in a tent with her daughter and with no job, no source of income, she heavily relies on our donations to survive. With prices skyrocketing in the region as a result of the ongoing humanitarian aid blockade, they are at risk of malnutrition; with a lack of diapers and other baby supplies made, Mira is also at risk of having infections because of the makeshift nyllon diapers and the unsanitary conditions she is living in. As the Rafah border crossing is closed, she needs our donations to buy food, diapers, medicine, and all other necessities to live through this ordeal: for example, a bag of flour now costs $400 in her area!

Please consider donating generously for my friend, who remained steadfast despite her circumstances. She is a very kind person and a good, caring mother to her child, and I really want to see her happy again.

Thanks for your support! I have just receive an update from Duaa that the problem from her original fundriaser has been resolved. I will still having this link up as a backup, but we prefer funds to be donated vis the original fundraiser for now. With that being said, currently Duaa has been displaced again, and she needs a new tent which costs $400! Please, do be generous and donate as much as you can.
