My name is Faraj Rafiq Muhammad, a 25-year-old man. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Al-Quds Open University in northern Gaza. I had big dreams and boundless ambitions. In 2021, I got married and had a beautiful daughter, Tamara. Today, my wife is eight months pregnant. My vision of the future was filled with hope and striving to achieve the best for my family.
I aspired to study for a master’s degree in my field, so I could build a better future and secure a stable job that would help me provide a decent life for my family. But my dream collided with a painful reality. I lost my beautiful home, which was our safe haven, and my job, which could have opened the door to a new life for me.
Half of my friends were martyred in this cruel war, and the other half are wounded or detained. I feel my dream fading away, and danger is approaching from every direction. But despite the pain and loss, I still cling to hope, doing everything I can to save and support my wife, children, father, and mother.
Today, from the bottom of my heart, I call on you to stand by me. My family is in danger, and my little girl deserves a safe life away from this nightmare. Any help you can offer will help us escape this reality and save our lives. Thank you to everyone who hears my plea and gives us a glimmer of hope in this darkness.
