My name is Sarah and I am in Wisconsin, USA. I am sponsoring this campaign for my beautiful friend who is displaced in Gaza with her six children. Your donations will provide life sustaining assistance for them in these difficult days.
It is also difficult for people that live modestly to ask for help, which is why I have not listed her name. Allow me to share some of their story with you. My friend has more strength than I will ever have, the challenges she has faced since the aggression on the entire population of Gaza have been severe. She has faced illness and so have her children without having normal access to medications. She has faced two of her children having injury. She is separated from her extended family, displaced because her home was reduced to rubble and resides in a tent with her children with limited supplies. All of these challenges she has gone through and continues to go through, she does alone because her husband was taken from them, and that has also been mentally and emotionally excruciating for them. Through all of this and more, she remains kind and her faith strong. Every day she asks me how I am, if I am ok…while the sounds of war planes and bombs dropping are ever present around her. She is the most beautiful friend I have ever known, inside and out.
Although I am far away from her, I have been with her from the beginning and I will remain by her side. I love her and her family as my own, and I humbly ask for support for them via your generous donations. Any amount helps and is appreciated.
