Help Rizq Support His Displaced Family in Gaza My name is Rizq Nizar. I’m 18 years old, and I live in Gaza. I am now the one responsible for my family — a family of nine — as we endure displacement, fear, and hardship during this devastating war.
Before the war, I was a student. I had hopes for the future, and I still do. But right now, my only focus is on keeping my family safe and meeting our most basic needs: food, water, and survival.
We have been displaced five times since the war began, fleeing each time with little more than fear in our hands. We are now sheltering in a school, and while it protects us from the cold of winter, the conditions are still incredibly difficult.
There are nine of us:
My father and mother My sisters: Neda (22) and Noura (18) My brothers: Neda (22), Mohamed (17), Youssef (15), Mundhir (13), and Sajed (5) And myself My brother Mohamed was injured in his hand during the attacks. We have no access to treatment for him. The borders are closed, and no aid has reached us for some time.
We have no food. No clean drinking water. No help. Only each other, and the hope that kind people — like you — will see our situation and extend a hand.
