My name is Sami Muhammad Hamdan Suleiman Al-Najjar, and I live in the Gaza Strip. Life here has always been difficult, but now, I am facing my greatest challenge.
I have cancer in my leg and urgently need an operation and treatment. However, in Gaza, where hospitals are overwhelmed and medical supplies are scarce, getting the care I need is nearly impossible without financial help.
I am not only fighting for my own life—I am a husband, a father, and a son. My family depends on me, and I am doing everything I can to support them. But with bombing intensifying, prices soaring, and no stable home—we currently live in a tent—even securing basic necessities like food and clothing has become a daily struggle.
