They are a loving family with dreams, talents, and hopes for a better future—but right now, their survival depends on escaping the horrors of war. Among them are gifted musicians and artists who were pouring their hearts into creating, as well as students and hardworking parents, until the violence made it impossible to continue.
For their safety, I can’t share their names or photos of their faces, but I can share a picture of their beloved cat, Mushmush, who has been a source of comfort and joy during these dark times. Mushmush is a symbol of the life they’re fighting to protect—a life filled with love, creativity, and peace.
