My name is Bakr, and I am an 18-year-old from Gaza. Before the war, I had dreams of pursuing a university education, building a future, and supporting my family. But all of that changed when our home was completely destroyed. Now, my family of eight is living in a tent, struggling daily just to survive.
The situation in northern Gaza is unbearable. Prices for basic necessities have skyrocketed, making it nearly impossible to afford food and clean drinking water. Job opportunities are non-existent, and my family is trapped in extreme poverty. As the eldest son, I bear the responsibility of helping my parents and siblings, but without resources or opportunities, I feel helpless.
Despite these hardships, I am determined to continue my education. However, enrolling in university is beyond my reach because I cannot afford the tuition fees. I am appealing to you for help—not just to pursue my studies, but also to provide for my family’s urgent needs. We need food, water, and shelter, and I need the chance to rebuild my future.

Bakrs grandfather broke his leg in a bombing last week. The area the family is in just recieved a displacement notice, but they have no money to evacuate. They have no tent, so if they leave they will have no shelter at all. The occupation say they will bomb this area heavily, so this family urgently needs support
