Welcome I am Marwa, I live in Gaza City. This is a city where wars do not stop.
My three children and I flee from one place to another. My eldest son is Omar, who is 11 years old, then Yahya, who is 8 years old, and the youngest, Muhammad, who is 4 years old.
My husband, Rami, I had beautiful moments with him before the war. He worked as a taxi driver, but since October 2023 he lost his only source of income in the war. Even his car was destroyed due to the continuous bombing.
The war stopped temporarily, but my husband is still not working, so as a family we have no source of income. Our lives were turned upside down and we do not have money to buy food, drink, or even medicine.
I also need to buy medicine throughout the month because I suffer from chronic asthma. It is now winter. My children do not have clothes to protect them from the cold of winter. I used to light a fire inside the tent so that my children could feel warm. Please help me and my children, and I have full confidence in you. Your sister Marwa
