My name is Eliot. I’m funding this campaign and asking you to open your hearts for a family in Gaza trying to survive on aid and donations.
Sawsan is a wonderful mother of three young, beautiful children. They need our help. Sawsan, six-year-old Malak and four-year-old twins Ahmed and Marah were displaced from their home to a refugee camp north of the city of Rafah, enduring the hardships of war. Recently, they made the difficult journey back to their home, only to find it in ruins. With the end of the ceasefire, they are struggling to cope and make ends meet each day.
This campaign is strictly to raise enough money for the family’s basic necessities: food, medicine, and clothing.
In Sawsan’s own words:
I am Sawsan from Gaza, mother of 3 kids. We have been displaced to the south, to Mawasi Khan-Younis, where we have lived in a tent and without enough food or other necessities. We secured transportation back to Northern Gaza.
The war is back again, and as usual, the war merchants have imposed crazy prices on goods. But the most terrifying thing was the bombing and massacre very close to where I was sitting with my kids. We were really terrified, as if my heart wanted to stop.
My life, my dreams, our things were destroyed because of the war, but my hope is not over. You are my hope. Please donate. Any amount will help.
Before October 7th we were going to move from a rental house to a lifelong home. Now we are moving from tent to tent. Don’t beautify the tent life, it is oppression and humiliation. Help us to provide basic needs. Help me to start over for my children.
