My name is Brenda from The Netherlands and my friend Fatema from Australia came in contact with a mother from Ghazza. She desperately needs help for her family and therefore Fatema and I decided to create a campaign for this sweet family that just wants to live. Here is Iman’s story. ” I am Iman from Ghazza, I have 4 daughters and one son. We lived a beautiful life. My husband worked in construction and we lived from his modest wages, until the damned war came and destroyed everything. My husband lost his source of income. Our house was completely destroyed and razed to the ground. Now we live on the rubble of our house, which is located in an unsafe area according to the occupation. We were forced to stay here because we cannot afford the costs of continued displacement and because we cannot buy a tent. We live in a very difficult situation. We cannot provide food and shelter for my children. I ask you to help us so that I, my husband and my children can at least survive. Thank you so much. Iman.”
