I’m Muhammad Hamza from Pakistan, running this campaign on behalf of Somoud, who currently lives in Gaza. Her family is facing unimaginable hardship and needs urgent support to find safety.
You can find me on Instagram at @mhui_designs. Every donation helps Somoud and her family get closer to a new beginning.
My name is Somoud,
Currently I live in Gaza in the middle of the genocide launched over Gaza by the Israeli occupation , I lost my brother and my home because of the barbaric genocide I lost my job because of the non stop bombing they destroyed totally the place where I work and nothing is livable.
So please help me and my family to evacuate from Gaza to another safe place before I lose another beloved one as were being killed every day.
The least help can make difference in our life and help us to survive for another day. Thank you in advance.
Thank you from the deepest of our hearts
Eid is supposed to be a time of joy, unity, and celebration—a time for families to gather, share meals, and feel peace. But for Somoud and her family in Gaza, this Eid has brought only fear, hunger, and heartbreak.
Instead of feasting, they are fasting out of necessity. There’s no food to cook, no water to drink, and no safety to rest. Prices have skyrocketed beyond reach, and aid is barely making it through.
As Somoud shared in a recent update, her brother was killed by the Israeli military, and her mother—still grieving—refuses to let her other sons, who are fishermen, return to the sea. She fears losing another child. The family is left with no income, no resources, and no way out.
This is not how Eid should be. While others around the world celebrate, Somoud’s family is just trying to survive another day.
Please, if you’re reading this, take a moment to donate—or even just share the link. Every bit of support brings hope, food, and the chance for safety.
Thank you for not looking away.
The situation in Gaza has worsened. The ceasefire was broken, and the shelling has resumed. Every day brings more martyrs and wounded, and the borders remain closed. Families like Somoud Ebraheem’s are trapped, with no safe place to go and little to break their fast after long days of fasting.
Somoud and her family of seven are living in fear, with constant worry and no certainty about what tomorrow holds. Over 370 lives have already been lost. They need urgent help to evacuate and rebuild their lives in safety.
Please donate to help Somoud’s family evacuate from Gaza to Egypt. Your support can make a life-saving difference.
Dear Generous Donors,
I wanted to share an update on Somoud and her family’s situation. I stay in touch with her every day through WhatsApp, and the reality they’re facing is heartbreaking.
Although there is a temporary ceasefire, the fear of war still looms over them. The situation is unstable, and everyone knows it could break at any moment. Somoud’s brother, who was a fisherman, can no longer work because Israeli gunboats fire shells at anyone venturing into the sea. Her family stopped him from fishing, afraid they might lose another loved one.
The borders remain closed most of the time, and supplies are running out. For the past **five days**, no aid has come through, leaving markets empty. Meat and fish haven’t been available, and prices for basic goods have soared, making it nearly impossible for families like hers to get what they need.
Despite these unimaginable hardships, Somoud stays strong, holding on to faith and hope for a safer future. As Ramadan begins, her wish is simple — to protect her family and give them a chance at a new life.
Please, if you can, continue to donate and share this campaign. Every bit of support means the world to her and her loved ones. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
