Help a medical student in Gaza complete his studies

My name is Ahmad Ayad, a 24-year-old nursing student at the University College of Applied Sciences in Gaza. I once dreamed of helping others—treating patients, easing pain, and bringing healing. But today, my family and I are the ones in pain.
Since the beginning of the war, our home in Al-Shuja’iyya was destroyed. We’ve been displaced more than 10 times. We lost everything—our house, our source of income, our safety, and even the most basic necessities of life. Now, 10 of us live together in a single tent with no electricity since October 7. Clean water is extremely scarce—we often have to walk long distances just to find a small amount.
Despite all of this, I haven’t given up on my education. Classes have resumed, and I’m holding on to my studies as a lifeline. But I urgently need help to pay my university tuition so I can earn my degree and one day serve my community in hospitals and clinics.
As a family, we also desperately need food and basic living support. At the very least, we need $100 a day to survive—just to afford food, water, and essentials.
That’s why I started this campaign. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a real difference. You could open a door of hope for us in a time filled with loss.
Please be part of our journey toward survival and dignity.
