Help Two Brothers to Have a Better Life in Gaza

Hi all,
My name is Natalia and I am a Greek-American citizen living in the US. I am launching this campaign with my dear friend Mohammed in Gaza to raise funds for his family as they continue to endure unimaginably difficult conditions amidst war and occupation.
Mohammed and his wife have two beautiful children, Nour (1 year old) and Baraa (5 years old). Our goal for fundraising is to collect funds for Nour and Baraa’s basic daily necessities, such as food, diapers, baby formula and medications. We also aim to raise funds to help Mohammed evacuate his family from Gaza once that option becomes available.
Mohammed and his family have been displaced for over a year. Before the war, Mohammed had a small plumbing shop which was a beacon of hope for the Elashi family. The war not only robbed Mohammed of his business and livelihood, but also of the only home they’ve known which now lies in ruins. Nour, Baraa and their parents now find themselves amongst the countless displaced families in Deir al-Balah, and every day is a struggle to survive.
When the war on Gaza began, Baraa had just started kindergarten, and baby Nour had just arrived in this world. Precious Nour has only ever known 2 nights without the devastating sound of war. Despite these very difficult circumstances, they hold on to hope.
Nour and Baraa’s incredible father Mohammed bears the weight of caring for his young family in these tragic times. All funds collected will go directly to Mohammed for Nour and Baraa’s daily basic care, and the future of their family.
