Help Muhammad and His Family Survive and Evacuate

Muhammad Alain is 24 years old and from Gaza. His immediate family of 9 (including a 15-year-old brother and 17 and 10-year-old sisters) has been displaced many, many times. They are living in a tent with very little access to food and water. The water they do have is often salt water, and the food they have access to is not enough to feed the whole family. His mother is often ill with chronic illness and needs medication. The lack of food and water make this immeasurably worse for her. Medication is more expensive than ever in Gaza, and the conditions make them often ill. With this last displacement, they have also lost much of their supplies. The cost of safe food and water is rising daily, and it is well over $50/day to feed his family now. We are asking for community help to do this. His family deserves to drink clean water and eat safe food.
Muhammad is hoping to escape Gaza in the future, when the border opens again. He will need funding for crossing and to live outside Gaza. He is also hopeful to evacuate his entire family. Muhammad has dreams for his life, and I hope to help him achieve them.
On a personal note, Muhammad is singularly the most brave, principled, and honorable person I have ever met. He and his family deserve all the help in the world. His kindness and gentleness are immediately apparent, and as we have gotten closer over these past months, his steadfast committment to his princples and family only deepen. I hope that the community can reflect back the values that Muhammad lives his life by, and keep him and his family safe.
