My name is Ji-Youn Kim, based in Vancouver, Canada. I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my friends, Tasneem and Khader, to help them evacuate Gaza and rebuild their lives with their three children. They are currently based in Khan Younis, waiting for the border to open so that they can evacuate to Egypt.

I am Dr. Tasneem Asfour Belbesi. I am 30 years old. I work in a pharmacy and provide medical assistance to people. My husband, Khader Belbesi (33), works in electrical engineering. We have three children Walid (10), Muhammad (9), and Rajwa (3 mo.). Walid is diligent in his studies and loves football and always watches it. Muhammad loves his school and his friends and loves drawing very much.
Everything was beautiful until October 7 came and destroyed everything. We no longer have anything: no house, no job, no car, and our children have lost everything they love.
