We are calling in support in order to sponsor weekly yoga classes our Ukrainian volunteer is offering for Ukrainians.
The weekly class brings in women who have been resettled in Ireland as well as men who are still at home. Some of the men share they really appreciate the moment of rest the Yoga Nidra (guided, meditative rest) offers them before the sleepless nights spent in a warzone.
We hope you can join us in sustaining these classes which are bringing moments of peace among the chaos.
