After being detained in both Kangaroo Point and BITA, our friend is now in community detention. The government won’t allow him to work, it is forbidden. And so he is unable to earn money himself to help them out.
His mother desperately needs surgery.
But her family is really sick with Covid and all in quarantine.
This is urgent as she needs surgery. The money will pay for the surgery.
There is no medical safety net in his country. His country has been in war for decades.
His family needs to pay for surgery and his immediate family are unable to work because they are in quarantine.
He wishes to stay anonymous but is deeply stressed and very grateful for your support.
Its really hard to raise money for situations like this when the situation is happening so far away, but we are asking based on relationships of trust, and hope that you can extend this trust too as you donate.
