Smile Aid is a humanitarian dental charity initiative aimed at providing emergency dental care and restoring smiles to families affected by war in Gaza. The project is based on transferring patients to private dental clinics that provide treatment services and oral hygiene education. Yes, it may be difficult to believe that such mobile clinics exist in the current geopolitical climate, but it is true. The dentists will offer professional results utilizing the resources available to them.

The initiative seeks to treat, not only teeth, but also spirits, offering relief through a smile, we will offer essential services, education, and resources to improve oral health.

The plan is to visit the camps of displaced people and conduct initial examinations. We will select children who need dental treatment and emergency cases across all age groups, including tooth extractions, root canal treatments, and cleaning plaque that leads to tooth loss and negatively affects the gums.

We will treat 5 to 10 cases daily, within 2 months.

مشروع (عَون الإبتسامة) خيري إنساني في مجال طب الأسنان، يهدف إلى تقديم الرعاية السنية الطارئة وإعادة الابتسامة للأطفال والعائلات المتضررة من الحرب في غزة. يعتمد المشروع على تحويل المرضى إلى عيادات أسنان خاصة تقدّم خدمات العلاج والتعليم حول النظافة الفموية. تسعى المبادرة إلى شفاء الأرواح إلى جانب الأسنان، من خلال التخفيف من الألم بزرع الابتسامة.

سنقدّم خدمات أساسية، وتثقيف صحي، وموارد لتحسين صحة الفم. وتتمثل الخطة في زيارة مخيمات النازحين وإجراء فحوصات أولية، ثم اختيار الأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى علاج أسنان، بالإضافة إلى الحالات الطارئة من جميع الفئات العمرية، بما يشمل خلع الأسنان، وعلاج جذور الأسنان، وتنظيف الجير الذي يؤدي إلى فقدان الأسنان ويؤثر سلبًا على اللثة. سنقوم بعلاج من 5 إلى 10 حالات يوميًا، وذلك خلال مدة شهرين.
