Hi, my name is Az and I am based in Florida, USA. My friend Nader reached out to me via Instagram looking for support. We have video chatted several times and we speak on the daily. I have been sending him money for shelter & food but we need more support. He has asked me to create this campaign for him and his family. This is his message:

I am Nader, a 14-year-old child from Gaza. My family consists of 8 members, and I am the only child. We used to live in a small house full of love, but today we have no home or roof to protect us. The occupation destroyed our home and our dreams, and we now live in a cold tent that does not protect us from the heat or the cold. My mother cries silently, and my father tries to appear strong to us, but hunger and the cold are stronger than all of us. Our lives have turned into waiting, waiting for God’s mercy and your kind hearts. All we need is a simple shelter to protect us from the cruelty of life.
