My friend Mona is seeking enough support to raise the funds needed to cover the costs of her dental treatment.

My dear friend Mona Zaqout, a 19-year-old girl from Gaza City, is in urgent need of support to cover the costs of her dental treatment.

Mona has always dreamed of becoming an engineer. Despite surviving multiple near-death experiences in recent months, she never gave up hope of continuing her education. But now, because of the ongoing war, Mona’s life has been turned upside down.

She currently lives in a small tent on the seashore, enduring unimaginable conditions — cold, hunger, fear, and uncertainty. On top of everything, Mona suffers from a severe dental injury that causes her constant pain and affects her ability to eat, sleep, and speak comfortably.

She urgently needs dental treatment to relieve the pain and avoid further complications. With your support, Mona can begin her recovery, regain her health, and return to her studies. She still holds onto the dream of one day rebuilding her life — and her smile.

Update: Braces On — The Journey Has Begun!
