Imagine a mother struggling with daily life challenges. Juggling work, parenting, and the weight of the world, knowing something isn’t right but she’s unable to afford a specialist to get the answers she needs. For so many woman, ADHD and other mental health conditions go undiagnosed, leaving them without the support they desperatley need to thrive for themselves and their families.

I’m Alana and I was this mother! After my first born I was misdiagnosed with postnatal depression that hung around for 13 years… I new something wasn’t right because I never got better and the medication wasn’t working, but I could never afford the specialist I so desperately needed. This year I was fortunate enough to be able to afford a specialist appointment that lead to my ADHD diagnois and it has completely changed my life for the better!

After a very long struggle and reaching the light at the end of the tunnel, I have now made it my mission to change that for others. My goal is clear and together I hope to raise enough funds to help 50 Mothers struggling with ADHD symptoms cover their initial consultation with a psychiatrist, averaging around $800 per assesment. These appointments are often the most challenging financial hurdle, yet they are key to diagnosis, understanding, and starting the journey towards healing.

The problem is vast, but the solution starts here. With your support, we can help these mothers take those critical first steps toward better mental health. Each dollar raised will go directly towards funding these initial appointments, providing mothers with the answers and support they need to reclaim their lives.
