Hi, my name is Mohammed A and i live in Mississauga, ON Canada. I am starting this fundraiser for 14 year old Mussaed from Yemen. He needs urgent funds for treatment of his medical condition.

Mussaed suffers from short stature and a deficiency of growth hormones. If he dosent take the prescribed treatment at the right time, he will remain very short for his age and his body will no longer grow. He also has weakness in his bones and may be unable to walk or move if he doesn’t finish this treatment as prescribed. He has pain in his joints, with impaired bone development. He also suffers from problems with his glands. He has weakness in his vision as well as in his teeth. There is also the risk of psychological illnesses affecting him later on in his life.

Mussaed has been prescribed to take 24 needles of Somatotropin (growth hormones) on a weekly basis, which cost around $2000 Canadian Dollars in total.

Mussaed was 5 years old when the war started in Yemen. His father was unable to provide adequate food for him and his family during that time. They even ate from herbs and trees due to intense hunger and thirst for entire weeks. It was a difficult life, that resulted in dehydration and extreme weakness in the body. This was one of the main reason for Mussaed’s current medical condition.
