The Feel Good Association is a registered charity in Tenerife with one simple mission; to empower others to take the reins of their own wellbeing and FEEL GOOD!

The Feel Good Association calls for a natural revolution!

We are building a pioneering space for innovation, learning and re-connecting with nature on a gorgeous finca in the south of Tenerife with panoramic seaviews.

In the midst of a growing health epidemic, we believe the answer is going back to our roots and reconnecting with nature, rediscovering our innate healing power and learning how to live in harmony with the environment and ourselves.

We are a group of people who are passionate about nutrition, organic agriculture, health and fitness, natural medicine, psychology and alternative therapies.

We want to build a centre on our land where we can host workshops, events, talks, conferences, retreats, classes and provide an information hub for anybody who needs it.

The whole centre will be built from scratch by a team of people diagnosed with mental health problems.

This team will work alongside experienced builders, plumbers, carpenters and landscape gardeners in a paid internship which will allow them to earn a living as well as learning skills for the future.

Our dream is to make a positive change in society by addressing some of our most pressing environmental and health problems by offering more natural and healthy alternatives and being able to make them free and accessible to everybody.

We want to provide others with the necessary tools to take their wellbeing into their own hands.

We believe that knowledge is power and together we will find the key to preventing and treating anything from cancer to obesity, to mental health problems to existencial crises.

We want to share the incredible benefits of a healthy balanced diet, natural remedies, the power of meditation and exercise, just to name a few!

We would also like to bring people from all over the world to share with us, which is why we would also like to build cabins on the land to be able to offer healthy retreats at a low cost which will enable us to fund the free activities we want to offer to those who need it the most.

Our dream is to bring more experts in the field of natural health and alternative therapies to our space to impart talks, spread the word and build up a community of empowered, like-minded people who in turn will create a happier and healthier world.

But we need your help!

We need all the support we can get to build our Feel Good Centre and we are asking for help in the form of donations to make this dream a reality.

We have a piece of land measuring 13,000 square metres with incredible sea views on the south-west coast of Tenerife.

Now we are searching for financial support to begin phase 1 of the project.

During phase 1 we will complete these tasks:

– Renovate the small farm house on the land, with a kitchen, bathroom and consultation room.

– Plant 1000 trees to make a green, clean and lush oasis.

– Fix the road leading onto the land.

– Create an outdoor reception area with a yoga deck, stage, tables and chairs and big marquee to hold our activities and events.

– Build accommodation for people to come and stay during our retreats.

– Employ three people diagnosed with mental health problems to work throughout the project.

As a reward you will always be welcome to visit, you will be invited to events and activities and earn a place on our retreats.

We also welcome any help in the preparation and building stages of our retreat and would be happy to receive volunteers who would like to share their skills to come and join the team.
