Doug is a kind hearted gentle man that lives in a Shelter in Caboolture who is awaiting a Heart Transplant. He spends most of his days supporting others,this includes 2 beautiful rescue dogs that are never far from his side.
Doug is in pain and struggles most days, he is on oxygen and needs an electric single bed, to elevate him for a healthier sleep/rest. At the moment he has used planks of timber and bricks under his mattress to get some comfort.
We would love to purchase him a single electric bed. We have had a local firm offer an ex-demo model for $1950. They have dropped the delivery and installation charge. We would love to change the way our mate Doug is battling every day and night for just a little bit of comfort.
With $1950 we can deliver to Doug a bed for him to sleep comfortably on while he awaits the next step in his recovery.
