Our gorgeous, vibrant and caring 15 year old Ellie has recently been diagnosed with a rare inoperable brain cancer. Whilst this is not only devastating news for Ellie and her family both physically and emotionally, the financial impact it will have on their family of six will be severe.

Ellie and her family are loving, caring and selfless people and, as a result, have a large family and friend support network. It is now that they need our support the most to help them during this devastating time.

All the Egan Family have asked from us is to pray to Montserrat Grases, a young Spanish girl who lived a holy life while suffering bone cancer, in order that she will provide our darling Ellie with a miracle (see bottom of page for Ellie’s prayer).

As friends of the Egan Family, in addition to our prayers, we felt the need to provide some financial support as they embark on their journey to heal Ellie, providing assistance to aid in medical treatment, household bills and living expenses during this difficult time.

100% of the funds raised on Chuffed.org go directly to The Egan Family. The site does not take a cut, instead, they ask for a voluntary contribution to them. This is entirely at your discretion.

How else can I help?

Pray! We are praying to Montserrat Grases who was a young Spanish girl who lived an incredible heroic holy life while suffering bone cancer. She’s on her way to becoming a saint and needs a miracle for her beatification. She is now very busy in heaven receiving requests from an enormous amount of people to intercede and heal Ellie.

O God, you granted your servant Montse, the grace of a serene and cheerful dedication to your will with admirable simplicity in everyday life. Grant that I may lovingly offer to you all my daily activity and convert it into Christian service for others.

Deign to glorify your servant Montse and through her intercession grant me the favour I ask of you to heal Ellie. Amen.
