My father, Miguel Miranda, has suffered from heart disease for many years now. In June of 2023, an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) was implanted on his heart to deliver a pulse when his heart needs it. Now, he is in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant because his heart can no longer handle the electrical shocks delivered by the ICD. After the transplant, he will have to purchase a medication that costs $500 a month for the treatment. All donations will help cover medical bills and medicine. All friends and families are welcome donate and the Miranda-Paredes family will greatly appreciate it. Mi padre, Miguel Miranda, padece una enfermedad cardíaca desde hace muchos años.
