Hello everybody, my name is Alexys and my friends and I decided to start a go fund me for our best friend and brother Jacob. On 08/30 at around 12 a.m. Jacob unfortunately got into a head on collision, he was in the passenger seat of the vehicle and in the pictures below you can see where he was sitting, the vehicle he was in was stated 100% not at fault. Due to this accident Jacobs hip was dislocated and the back wall of his hip shattered due to a log slamming into the back of his seat. Now, here’s where we need your help. Jacob unfortunately has no family in the state of michigan and has no insurance so he has no way of paying for his surgery and hospital stay. At this point we know that he’s going to be in the hospital for at least a month, he will be receiving a surgery within the next week. After this surgery he will be in the hospital for his physical therapy. He has PTO but it’s from mcdonald’s so it’s really not that great… he will be out of work for quite some time and will need to use his PTO for groceries and hygiene products, etc. Unfortunately even then, his PTO will barely be enough to do that. Any donation truly helps and we appreciate anybody from the bottom of our hearts who donates, even if it’s just $1.
