Hello all! I appreciate you even giving me the time of day! I have had four open heart surgeries, and this unfortunately this is number five. I only found out yesterday that it is happening on the 9th of September. I am in college now so this is really throwing my goals of becoming a counselor off. I would love any amount or even if you just share my message! I am asking for this money so that my parents can stay with me as I get better. Below is a short message from my parents regarding this. Our Michael must have his 5th Open-Heart surgery, which we expected at some point, but the valve that was replaced is failing at a much quicker rate than expected so another unexpected surgery was just scheduled. He has just returned to college for his second year but will have to put a pause on the upcoming semester which is frustrating as he is trying to work toward his future career. This is a very difficult surgery and we ( his parents) need to stay with him to support him every minute, possibly up to two weeks in the hospital. The funds provided will be used for food, housing, and to help with my father not working to support me in my time of need. Thank you for considering me, Michael and his family.
