#DannyStrong — Help Nansie Kick Cancer in the Boob On July 15th, our friend got some unexpected news: she was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer, Stage 1, grade 3. The good news — it was caught early. The bad news — it’s aggressive. But honestly, this cancer picked the wrong boob. Her boys have decided to name the troublemaker Danny (after Danny DeVito in a wrestling singlet…see glorious picture above). Why? Because we’re about to body-slam this thing into oblivion. About the Fighter She’s been rocking it at Cummins since January 2024 as a Legal Admin. She LOVES her job and plans to keep working through treatment (because apparently cancer doesn’t know she’s unstoppable). Kevin — her rock — has been serving the community as a Brownsburg firefighter since January 1999 and is currently a lieutenant on Engine 131. He also sports an incredible mustache (unrelated, but worth noting). Nansie is mom to 4 kids +1 Jacob & Hannah (their favorite plus 1) — recently engaged July 5th! Joey — fresh high school graduate, ready to take on the world. Asher — starting his freshman year and also a returning forward for the 14U Indiana Elite hockey team. His season kicks off August 8th and will have them traveling constantly through March 2026. Adrienne — heading into 7th grade and dominating the Mt. Pleasant volleyball league.
