Story
Hello Family and Friends, the below message is from my brother Simeon:
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help and support for my daughter, Asharie.
Recently, Asharie suffered severe burn injuries from a car accident, that have completely altered the course of her life. She is only 18, full of life, ambition, and strength. Just this year, she proudly finished her freshman year at ASU, with dreams and goals of pursuing a career as a physical therapist. Those dreams now have to be put on hold as we focus on the most important mission—her healing.
Asharie has a long, painful road ahead. She will need ongoing medical care, including surgeries, skin grafts, physical therapy, and emotional support. As her parents, we plan to be by her side throughout this daunting journey. We are so proud of the resilience she shows every single day. She is a fighter, and we believe in her strength, but we can’t do this alone.
We are humbly asking for your help—any amount you can give will go directly toward Asharie’s medical expenses, recovery needs, and basic living support so she can focus on what matters most: healing and rebuilding her life.
Even if you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this with your network. Your love, prayers, and support are deeply appreciated and mean more than words can ever say.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being a part of Asharie’s journey. With your help, we know she’ll rise from this stronger than ever.
If you would like to help monetarily by other means, donations can be sent directly to Asharie’s mom, Zsameiko Montgomery (480) [phone redacted].
With gratitude and love,
