Appeal for Support After Car Accident of International Nepali Student Ronav Subedi from Lamjung, Nepal
Dear friends, family, and well-wishers,
We write this message with heavy hearts. International student Ronav Subedi was recently involved in a serious car accident on Wednesday night, May 14, while returning home via Highway I-30 in Dallas. He is currently receiving treatment in the Neuroscience Department at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas. Being far from home and without a strong social support system, he is now facing an extremely difficult situation—both medically and financially.
Ronav will need to undergo a prolonged period of treatment and rehabilitation following surgery. As an international student, he does not have access to many public assistance programs. The costs of hospital bills, medical treatment, rehabilitation, and basic living expenses have become overwhelming.
Beyond financial support, you can also be a beacon of hope by sharing this appeal with your networks – your friends, family, colleagues, and social media communities. Spreading awareness will amplify our efforts and increase the chances of reaching those who may be able to offer assistance.

हामी यो सन्देश भारी मनले लेख्दैछौं। अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थी रोनब सुबेदी हालै May 14 बुधबार राती घर फर्किदै गर्दा हाइवे I30 मा Dallas मा एक गम्भीर सवारी दुर्घटनामा परेका छन्। अहिले उहाँको उपचार डलासको मेथोडिस्ट मेडिकल सेन्टरको न्युरो विभागमा भइरहेको छ। आफ्नो देशबाट टाढा रहेर, सामाजिक समर्थनको अभावमा उहाँ अहिले अत्यन्तै कठिन परिस्थिति भोग्दै हुनुहुन्छ—स्वास्थ्य र आर्थिक दुबै हिसाबले।
उहाँ शल्यक्रियामा अब लामो समयसम्म उपचार तथा पुनर्स्थापना प्रक्रियामा रहनु पर्नेछ ।
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थी भएकाले उहाँलाई धेरै सार्वजनिक सहायता कार्यक्रमहरू उपलब्ध छैनन्। अस्पतालको बिल, उपचार खर्च, पुनर्स्थापना, तथा हालको जीवनयापनका लागि खर्च निकै ठूलो भएको छ। तपाईंले गर्नु भएको सानो सहयोग पनि उहाँका लागि ठूलो राहत हुनेछ।
आर्थिक सहयोग बाहेक, तपाईं आफ्नो नेटवर्क – आफ्ना साथीहरू, परिवार, सहकर्मीहरू र सामाजिक सञ्जाल समुदायहरूमा यो अपील साझा गरेर आशाको किरण बन्न सक्नुहुन्छ। जागरूकता फैलाउनाले हाम्रा प्रयासहरूलाई विस्तार गर्नेछ र सहयोग गर्न सक्ने व्यक्तिहरूसम्म पुग्ने सम्भावना बढाउनेछ।
