100,000 Goal – Every Dollar Makes a Difference
Hi, my name is Tyler Linkogel, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for our dad our rock, our protector, and truly our best friend.
A few weeks ago, our lives changed forever. Our dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. It’s already spread to his liver and part of his lung. The words were devastating. He’s only 63. He still has so much to live for. He’s fighting hard because he wants to be here for his kids some of whom are still in high school.
Our dad has spent his life working hard to take care of us. I used to go to work with him just to spend time with him, he’s been my best friend since I was little. He always made sure we were safe, fed, and loved. Now he can’t work anymore, and we’re the ones trying to hold him up.
My mom is working two jobs just to keep things going, but we simply can’t keep up with the medical costs. The treatments he needs, the medications, travel for care—it’s all adding up so fast. We’re doing everything we can, but we need help to make sure he gets the best care possible, and that he’s comfortable and surrounded by love.
We’ve set a goal of $100,000 to help pay for:
Chemotherapy and other treatments
Medications and pain management
Travel to specialists
In-home care and support
Basic living expenses as we lose income
Hospital stays
