Help my boy

Wili is my temporary foster. He is unable to use his back legs and due to health issues, his dad is unable to care for him at this time, so I stepped up to help them both. Now we need your help! If you have the time and would like the whole story, here it is… I was tagged on a Facebook post regarding someone that needed help taking care of their dog Wili in the city where I live. Wili‘s dad had had a series of mini strokes, was hospitalized and went to rehab. During that time while friends were watching Wili, Wili lost the ability to use his back legs. They believe it’s a herniated disc which is quite common in the dachshund breed because of their long spine.Wili had been at Coral Animal Hospital boarding and going through his own rehab. When his dad was able to come home, a few days later Wili came home as well. Unfortunately his dad lives on the second floor with only stairs and has a hard enough time maneuvering himself up-and-down as it is. Once hearing the story, the situation quickly went from a possible client to a foster situation. This was not about making money any more, this was about helping Wili and his dad.Wili just had his last pre-paid physical therapy session on Wednesday. He still needs weeks more of therapy in order to try to get him walking again. He has already shown great improvement. I’m sharing this on all of my Facebook pages – personal. No amount is too small.
