Support Caitlin’s Battle Against Cancer
Story
so update as of this morning waiting on a biopsy on Monday.
if any one wants to send letters or get your kids to do a picture for her she would love. Get with me and I will take them to her.
When your neighbor becomes a friend, becomes family. Caitlin is an amazing friend, the true meaning of ‘We talk and don’t judge.’ She has been diagnosed with cancer. Her surgery to remove her cancer was set for today, Thursday 5/29, but the mass has grown too fast and had to be canceled. It has spread to her liver. The doctors are now figuring out a different route to attack it. She will be out of work for a while and needs help with everyday weekly bills. NO, she would never ask. She is like me, always thinking, ‘How many more hours can I work to cover things?’ Yes, she is in pain, but she will still work through it. But this time, she doesn’t get a choice; she has to slow down to beat cancer. She also has a love for her cats. So, those that know her know how amazing she is. She was a cafeteria lady at Seabrook Intermediate for many years and also a school crossing guard. A few years back, she stepped away from school food but will not step away from being a crossing guard because she loves the kids so much and loves seeing them daily. She also works for our local Pizza Hut as a driver and cook.
Let’s help our friend out. I know there are so many that love her.
