Our dear friend Michael recently suffered a sudden and life-altering stroke. This unexpected event has left him and his family facing a long and challenging road to recovery. That journey includes extensive medical care, rehabilitation, home modifications to meet his current needs, extra expenses while Kristin is in Atlanta supporting Michael’s recovery, and securing a new vehicle suitable for his transport. As friends and loved ones, we’re rallying together to offer support during this incredibly difficult time. We’ve created this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden so Michael and his family can focus entirely on healing and recovery.

Michael, affectionately known as the “Panera Pastor,” is also an avid duck hunter who shares his faith and encouragement with others through their shared love of the outdoors. Whether through a quiet prayer over coffee or a deep conversation in a duck blind, Michael has a way of making people feel seen, valued, and supported. Now, it’s our turn to surround him and his family with the same love and care they have so freely given to others.
