William Shannon had a workplace accident on April 23, 2025, where a 2,300 lb steel beam fell on his left leg. The damage was so extensive that his leg below the knee had to be amputated.
Ten days later, his long-time girlfriend gave birth to a perfect baby boy. Both cannot work at this time, and William will need to heal for quite a while before he can get a prosthetic. This money will help with their bills! They had just gotten an apartment and a new family vehicle when this occurred.
