Support Sam and Nick and Remembering Penelope Lynn Cerce

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Sam and Nick’s daughter Penelope Lynn Cerce. Penelope was born and passed at 8:24pm on 5/28/25. She weighed 4lbs 4oz and was 17 inches long. Blonde haired and petite, she was perfect in all ways and much loved by her mommy, daddy, siblings Owen, Jack and Clementine, her Mema, Granka, Grammy, Grandpa and Grum, along with her uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family.

Due to the unexpected nature there are unexpected costs associated with funeral costs, time off from work which is, unfortunately no longer is considered for extended maternity leave.

We would like to make this most difficult time as we can by hopefully relieving some of the financial burden, allowing Nick and Sam the time to start the long road of recovery and healing.

Although Penelope was not with us for long, she was much loved and already missed so much. She will forever be a part of our family and we can’t wait to be able to see her again.
