It is with unimaginable sorrow that we share the tragic and sudden passing of Timothy Duval, who lost his life on the night of May 24th around 11:30 PM in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Timothy, an Army veteran and devoted father, was just 24 years old.
Timothy was visiting Cape Cod on a short vacation, spending time with friends. At some point during the evening, he became separated from his group while walking along Ocean View Drive, a peaceful night that ended in tragedy when he was struck and killed. The news has left his family, friends, and all who knew him heartbroken.
More than anything, Timothy was a loving father to his 3-year-old son, Waylon, who was his entire world. His greatest joy was being a dad. Now, Waylon will grow up without his father, and our hearts break for the life moments they will no longer share.
Timothy proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran. His strength, humor, kindness, and unwavering loyalty made a lasting impression on everyone he met. The first to help, the last to complain.
