Two Little Siblings in Gaza Need Urgent Medical Care

At just 7 and 5 years old, Tala and Amir from Gaza are battling a rare genetic disease that is robbing them of the simple joys of childhood — but your help can change their story.

Tala (7) and Amir (5) are two bright little souls whose days are now filled with hospitals, pain, and struggle instead of play, laughter, and learning.

Both were born with a very rare genetic disease called mucolipidosis — a cruel condition that attacks their small bodies mercilessly.

This illness has caused an enlarged liver and spleen, painful bone deformities, and severe delays in their mental and motor development. Even their innocent faces have changed, and daily pain has become part of their lives.

As a family friend, I can assure you this is real. The parents have no income and no way to provide the treatment their children desperately need.

What They Need

Doctors confirm that Tala and Amir urgently require:

Continuous medical treatment

Specialized medications

Large amounts of high-nutrition milk

Constant medical and social care

Although they are unable to travel abroad for treatment, with continued access to food, supplements, and medicine, it is possible to prolong their lives and improve their quality of life.

Their Reality in Gaza

Life in Gaza today makes access to care extremely difficult. Their parents are displaced, with no income, no stable access to food, and no way to secure life-saving medicines. Despite their love and efforts, they cannot meet even the most basic needs for Tala and Amir, let alone afford the specialized care required for this rare disease.

Every single day without treatment is another day this disease steals from their childhood.
